About the Role

We are searching for a Director of Business Development & Partnerships to identify, cultivate and grow PatientIQ’s channel sales and strategic partnerships within the healthcare industry. The Director of Business Development & Partnerships will work closely with the sales team to refine the overall go to market strategies for the company and identify and close opportunities via channel sales and strategic industry partnerships. This position involves service offerings, market segments, verticals, integrations, target partners and consumption models.

Role Responsibilities

  • Develop a PIQ partner ecosystem strategy and recruit partners
  • Manage and define the PatientIQ partner program and work with cross functional teams to gather buy-in, support and alignment
  • Negotiate partner contracts and terms
  • Work with product and services teams to identify partner offerings
  • Manage a set of strategic partners that drive direct revenue
  • Identify new markets, verticals and partners to help scale within those regions
  • Work cross-functionally with sales, support, product management, finance and legal to build business alignment and buy-in effectively
  • Build pricing and cost models

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
  • 5-7+ years of sales experience, preferably in SaaS or B2B software
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and building partner relationships
  • Excellent organization, communication and time management skills
  • Collaborative mindset to effectively work across internal PatientIQ teams
  • Health-tech industry experience is much preferred
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment where you will have the opportunity to shape the direction of the program and company at large
  • Ability to travel at least 25% annually
