Description

The Strategy & Operations Manager (SOM) will play an integral role in developing and leading critical strategic and operational initiatives across the Company with a focus on driving top-line growth, unlocking greater operating efficiencies and increasing enterprise value. The SOM will report into PatientIQ’s Director, Business Development & Strategy and will work closely with Senior Leadership Team on a daily basis. The SOM’s typical projects/workstreams will be cross-functional in nature and will rely on business insights and analytics to formulate a strategy and then lead cross-functional execution of the plan. The SOM will also be heavily involved in all capital market activities of the business, including raising future venture capital rounds.

Role Responsibilities

  • Partner with Senior Leadership to maintain accurate operating models and sales forecasts
  • Assist in identify new market opportunities and allocating resources to the highest value customer/product/market segments
  • Codify existing PatientIQ business processes, identify areas for optimization, and implement new processes & technologies where needed to support business growth
  • Define and implement business intelligence dashboards and reporting to monitor and measure KPIs across the entire business with an initial focus on sales and product metrics
  • Make data-driven recommendations for improving the sales process and driving increased sales velocity
  • Assist in managing sales documentation, including proposals, contracts, RFP submissions and other critical customer deliverables
  • Partner with Sales to develop go-to-market strategies for new products, refine existing sales messaging and design a strategy to maximize up-sell, cross-sell, and renewal revenues
  • Partner with Marketing to enhance lead generation efforts through valuable market insights, internal analytics and a deep understanding of PatientIQ’s value proposition
  • Collaborate with Customer Success on the execution of post-sales activities, including contract management, customer tracking, and customer satisfaction scoring
  • Provide analytical horsepower to support strategic decision making across all functions
  • Assist with the preparation of materials for the company’s Board of Directors, Investors and other key internal and external stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited 4-year college or university
  • Minimum 2 years sales experience in Investment Banking, Consulting, Corporate Finance or Public Accounting (prior experience in healthcare and/or tech is a plus)
  • Highly motivated self-starter capable of undertaking complex assignments with minimal oversight
  • Proven track record of multi-tasking, prioritizing projects and meeting tight timelines
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organization, communication (written and verbal) and time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Collaborative mindset to effectively work across internal teams across PatientIQ
