Product Marketing Manager

The Product Marketing Manager will be a critical link between marketing, sales, product, and customer success teams. They will be a pivotal contributor to the PatientIQ brand and product messaging, helping to develop the voice of PatientIQ continually. The right candidate will be a highly professional, highly analytical, highly driven self-starter excited about B2B marketing, with a background in marketing, product management, communications, sales enablement, customer/account management, and content development.


  • Be responsible for go-to-market strategy, packaging, and positioning of PatientIQ solutions.
  • Partner with the Product and Customer Success teams to help shape the product strategy, vision, and positioning.
  • Lead product messaging and positioning and craft the overall story with product management that is both relevant, compelling, and differentiating in the market
  • Define and articulate the solution communication strategies, positioning, unique value proposition, and messaging plans for various target use cases/audiences/personas
  • Mobilize cross-functional teams (across sales, marketing, ops, and partnerships) to support go-to-market launches.
  • Collaborate with marketing & sales to execute go-to-market and growth campaigns to lift brand awareness and drive demand generation.
  • Be the face of the product to the market - through webinars, customer-facing presentations, and blog posts.
  • Create thoughtful buyer & user personas and leverage them to create resonant marketing, sales enablement, and more.
  • Create compelling stories through PowerPoint presentations, speaking proposals, customer interviews, and collateral
  • Design & execute research to inform personas, messaging, and buying processes to glean insights that lead to better product offerings
  • Conduct competitive analysis & identify critical differentiators and new opportunities
  • Develop and oversee social media presence, including campaigns and content



  • 3-5+ years of Product Marketing experience in B2B healthcare or health technology
  • Experience in product branding, messaging, positioning, targeting, and product launches
  • Experience in building go-to-market strategy & outbound marketing
  • Experience marketing SaaS or other subscription-based products
  • A track record of working well with marketing, product management, and sales teams to build cohesive end-to-end go-to-market strategies and campaign plans
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Successfully collaborating with cross-functional teams
