Matthew Gitelis
Founder, CEO
Matthew Gitelis is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of PatientIQ, a leading healthcare analytics platform that automates the collection of patient-reported outcomes and derives actionable insights to advance data-driven medicine.
With a unique background blending finance, medicine, research, and technology, Matt drives the company's vision, strategy, fundraising, and product innovation. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at BMO Capital Markets, advising on mergers, acquisitions, and capital raises across North America. In his mid-twenties, driven by a desire for greater impact, he transitioned his career and enrolled at Rush Medical College. While in medical school, he founded PatientIQ in 2016 and conducted outcomes research at several leading academic medical centers in Chicago, gaining firsthand insight into healthcare data challenges—and becoming passionate about equipping frontline providers with the same sophisticated analytics tools available on Wall Street to improve patient outcomes. Matt is an author on more than 30 peer-reviewed publications and has presented at global academic meetings. He left Rush Medical College in 2019 to lead PatientIQ full-time. What began as a mission to modernize healthcare analytics has grown into a national PatientIQ network spanning more than 800 healthcare organizations and 12,000 sites of care, supporting over 14 million patients and collecting more than 50 million patient-reported outcomes.
Michael Casey
Chief Operating Officer
Mike Casey is Chief Operating Officer at PatientIQ and a member of the company's Board of Directors. In his role as COO, Mike leads PatientIQ’s business operations, financial planning, and cross-functional execution of the company’s strategic priorities as it scales. He drives operational rigor, strengthens commercial partnerships, and ensures alignment across teams to advance PatientIQ’s long-term growth and value creation.
Before joining PatientIQ, Mike built his career across finance, strategy, and corporate development. He began his career in investment banking, advising on middle-market mergers and acquisitions, before transitioning to private equity. Prior to PatientIQ, Mike served on the Strategy & Development team in the Chicago Cubs front office, where he helped shape enterprise-wide business strategy and led cross-functional execution on major growth initiatives. During his tenure with the Cubs, Mike supported the launch of over 10 new ventures across the organization, driving material growth in both revenue and enterprise value.
Mike holds a Master of Business Administration from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of Illinois at Urbana–Champaign.
Molly Ducker
Chief of Staff
Molly Ducker is the Chief of Staff at PatientIQ, where she partners with the CEO and executive team on company-wide execution, operating cadence, and cross-functional alignment in support of the company’s strategic priorities.
Before joining PatientIQ, Molly built her career at the intersection of healthcare, technology, and enterprise operations. Most recently, she was a Managing Consultant at Inspire11, advising Fortune 100 companies on enterprise technology and digital transformation initiatives. Prior to that, she led the Client Advisory team at Pareto Intelligence, a high-growth healthcare technology startup, during a period of rapid scale that culminated in an acquisition and eventual IPO. Earlier in her career, Molly was a management consultant at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) in its Health Industries Advisory practice.
Molly holds a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from The University of Texas at Austin.
John Gerhardt
Chief Technology Officer
John Gerhardt is Chief Technology Officer at PatientIQ, where he leads platform development, technical strategy, and innovation across the company’s product and engineering organization. He is responsible for ensuring PatientIQ’s platform delivers scalable, secure, and intuitive solutions that create measurable value for healthcare providers, researchers, and industry partners.
Before joining PatientIQ, John built his career at the intersection of software engineering, finance, and high-growth technology companies. He began his career as an engineering leader in the FinTech industry in Connecticut and New York. He later joined Contactually, where he helped build the product and engineering organization, supported the company’s Series A fundraising, and contributed to its acquisition by Compass Real Estate in 2019. Following the acquisition, John led the Technical Infrastructure and Enterprise Technology teams at Compass, playing a key role in scaling the organization from approximately 150 to over 1,500 product and engineering employees and supporting the company through its public offering in 2021.
John holds a Bachelor of Science in Commerce with concentrations in Finance and Information Technology from the McIntire Business Institute at the University of Virginia.Jason Hahn
President and Chief Revenue Officer
Jason Hahn is President and Chief Revenue Officer at PatientIQ, where he leads the company’s commercial strategy, revenue growth, and customer expansion as the organization scales. He is responsible for building and leading high-performing sales, marketing, and customer-facing teams, advancing PatientIQ’s mission to help healthcare organizations leverage data to improve patient outcomes and succeed in value-based care.
Before joining PatientIQ, Jason built a distinguished career in healthcare technology and analytics leadership. Most recently, he served as Chief Revenue Officer at NRC Health. He previously held senior leadership roles at Press Ganey, Perceptyx, and Kaufman Hall, where he led commercial organizations focused on improving patient and employee experiences while driving measurable, enterprise-scale growth. Across these roles, Jason has demonstrated a consistent ability to build strong teams, deepen customer partnerships, and scale revenue in complex healthcare markets.
Jason holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Ball State University.
Jill Dunn
Vice President, Customer Success
Jill Dunn is Vice President of Customer Success at PatientIQ, where she leads the company’s customer success strategy and ensures strong, long-term partnerships with healthcare organizations across the PatientIQ network. She is responsible for driving customer satisfaction, retention, and expansion while serving as a critical link between customer needs and ongoing product innovation.
Before joining PatientIQ, Jill built a career spanning more than 20 years in healthcare, leading customer success teams within healthcare startups and health systems. Throughout her career, she has focused on scaling customer organizations, strengthening relationships with end users, and translating customer insights into meaningful product and operational improvements. Her leadership has consistently driven relationship growth and increased alignment between technology solutions and real-world clinical and operational needs.
Jill holds a Master of Science in Sports Management from the University of Kentucky and a Bachelor of Science in Education in Exercise and Sport Science from the University of Georgia.
Sarah Inman
Vice President, Provider Sales
Sarah Inman is Vice President of Provider Sales at PatientIQ, where she leads the company’s provider-focused sales organization and strategic growth initiatives. She builds partnerships with health systems, hospitals, and specialty practices, helping healthcare organizations leverage data-driven insights to improve patient outcomes.
Before joining PatientIQ, Sarah built a career spanning more than 15 years in healthcare leadership, holding senior roles at Gallup, Press Ganey, Studer Group, and SCP Health. Across these organizations, she led commercial and client-facing teams focused on improving patient experience, operational performance, and enterprise healthcare outcomes. Her leadership has been marked by a consistent ability to drive growth while aligning data, strategy, and frontline execution.
Sarah holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Colorado Boulder and a master’s degree from the University of Nebraska. She has served on the advisory board for the Women in Leadership Executive Education Program at Georgia College & State University and is actively involved in speaking engagements and nonprofit organizations.
Dan Lieffort
Vice President, Med Tech
Dan Lieffort is Vice President of Med Tech at PatientIQ, where he leads the strategic direction, development, and market success of the company’s software solutions for medical device manufacturers, biotechnology companies, and other industry partners. He focuses on aligning product strategy, commercialization, and customer needs to help partners leverage data to improve clinical outcomes and drive growth.
Before joining PatientIQ, Dan built his career as a medtech leader across both early-stage companies and global medical device organizations. He held senior roles at OrthoSensor, Stryker, and Zimmer Biomet, with deep experience spanning strategic marketing, product portfolio management, and commercial execution. At OrthoSensor, Dan played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s product portfolio strategy, contributing to its successful nine-figure acquisition by Stryker. Following the acquisition, he led marketing and commercial teams at Stryker focused on launching sensor-enabled technologies, digital health platforms, mobile applications, wearables, data analytics solutions, and intra-operative enabling technologies.
Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University.
Kate Pascucci
Vice President, Marketing
Kate Pascucci is Vice President of Marketing at PatientIQ, where she leads company-wide brand strategy, go-to-market execution, and top-of-funnel demand generation in support of the company’s growth objectives. She oversees positioning, content, and thought leadership, partnering closely with the executive team to scale PatientIQ’s presence across health systems, medical device companies, and clinical research organizations.
Before joining PatientIQ, Kate built her career in healthcare and healthcare-adjacent SaaS marketing, with a focus on scaling growth-stage companies through periods of rapid expansion. She previously served in senior marketing leadership roles at Collette Health, Stratasan (acquired by Syntellis), and AMN Language Services (formerly Stratus Video), where she built and led marketing functions spanning demand generation, content, and brand. Across her career, Kate has played a key role in helping bring three companies to successful exits.
Kate holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communication and Applied Economics Management from Cornell University.
